# What are Drafts?

In simple terms, drafts form the list of projects that you haven't booked yet, including all work-in-progress quotes and enquiries. All new enquiries coming from your Enquiry System will go automatically to drafts. You can also use drafts to create preliminary projects without having to fill out all client and project data, allowing for easy iteration and project manipulation to showcase value to a customer. You can convert drafts to final jobs once they are booked in.
