# Promoting from a Draft to a Job
The ‘Promoting from a Draft to a Job’ feature makes it possible to transform personalised drafts of sheds for clients into sales-ready jobs. Once approved, the draft is promoted to an active job, ready for sale, guaranteeing precision and efficiency.
1. Open your Draft, and click on the Promote option:
2. Choose whether you're promoting this Job for a New Client, or Existing Client:
2.1. If **New Client**, add Client Details by filling in all these Fields:
2.2. If **Existing Client**, search and select the Client:
3. Select whether the Shed will be built at the Customer's Address or at "A different address":
3.1. A different address. Fill in the first line of the form and Shedmate will fill in the rest of the form, then click on save.
4. Select who will be responsible for building the shed.
5. Fill in the form with the shed details
6. Check that all the data is correct.
7. This step will show you the Job (or Project) Name. Click Save to turn your Draft into a Job.
