With Shedemate, simply provide the complete address of where you want to build your shed. The system will automatically create a boundary corresponding to the available area, allowing you to adjust the shed design using a high-resolution image as a reference. Additionally, based on your shed location selection, Shedemate will generate all necessary plans for construction approval in your county, streamlining the bureaucratic process.
To do this, simply follow these steps:
Select the draft/job you want to create the site plans.
Click on Edit Site
You will be directed to a page where you can view the site plan of your project.
In some cases, our system draws the boundary for you, but if it doesn't, you can import it automatically. Just follow these steps:
Click on zoom out a few times.
Click on Edit.
Click on 'Toggle HD' to get an image in high resolution.
Now that we have a high-resolution image, it's easier to recognize the terrain where the shed will be installed.
To implement the boundary in your project, click on Create.
Click on Boundary.
Click on Coordinates.
Now, select an area within the boundaries of the lot where the shed will be installed.
The boundaries will be imported automatically, but they may not be perfectly aligned with the photo. You can click on the created boundary, drag it to align perfectly with the lot, and then confirm.
Now you can align your shed as you prefer, within your area.
Click on File.
Click on Salve.
With the site plan saved, let's plot it on a PDF.
Click on File.
Click on PDF.
Now let's configure the PDF layout.
Click on Sheet Size.
Here you can choose the type of sheet the project will be plotted on.
Click on Include watermark To include it.
Set the plot borders.
Click on Go.
Wait a while for the download to finish.
