# Dealing with price rises and modifications manually

If there are any changes in your pricing database, you can adjust pricing manually or by uploading a new excel file and merging prices. &#x20;

To adjust it manually, just follow these steps:

1. Open a draft or a job.&#x20;

2. Open Instant Quoting.

3. Look for the item you want to adjust the price in the search bar.

4. On the Price column, click on the cell corresponding to the chosen product.

5. Modify the old price to the new price. And then click on Save Database

6. Click on the database you want to save the updated pricing to create a new version. Alternatively, you can click on “New Costing Database” or click on “Show all databases” and select another from the list to override it with the new pricing. &#x20;
